There are several lodging options. Please choose the type of lodging that suits your needs best:

Pioneer Lodge: Bunk-bed dorm; sleeps 4-8; located in the main lodge, shared bathrooms (down the hall) Wesley Meadows: modern bunk beds; sleeps 4, shared bathrooms (down the hall) Wesley Meadows: two single beds; shared bathrooms (down the hall) Rustic Cabin: sleeps up to 4, shared flush toilets/showers nearby Bring your own tent Bring your own RV/camper (3 total sites available with electric, but no water hookups, first-come, first-served)

Suttle Lake is approximately a 45-minute drive from Bend. We can help arrange transportation for those who need it. I can give a ride! I will need a ride!

Costs + Payment

We make every effort to make this retreat accessible for all of us. We keep room in our budget to help support everyone's attendance, and we welcome donations to help keep that fund robust. Please note that there are three options for your payment:

- Pay true cost for meals, lodging + program PLUS make a donation above your cost to help subsidize other attendees' costs (i.e. donate $5, $10, $20 etc. over and above your price)
- Pay true cost for for meals, lodging + program
- Pay what you can

See prices below according to accommodations. All costs listed include meals, lodging + program for the entire retreat, Friday through Sunday. Calculate your total cost based on your family size/ages.

Cost should not prevent anyone from attending the retreat!

Pioneer Lodge Rooms or a Family Cabin.
These rooms or cabins sleep between 1 and 8 people and have flush toilets + showers down the hall. Cabin bathrooms are a short walk away.

Children 3 and under are free.

Wesley Meadows Rooms.
These rooms are modern dorm-syle bunk beds that sleep between 1 and 8 people and have flush toilets and showers down the hall.

RV or Tent Camping
There are 3 RV sites available (first registered, first served; electricity but no water hook-up) and tent camping sites available.
